At Techlifier, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to handling refunds in a fair and balanced manner.

ā 100% Full Refund for Initial Phase Dissatisfaction

If, after the initial phase of collaboration (e.g., after the first set of deliverables, designs, or discussions), the client is completely dissatisfied with the work provided, they are eligible for a 100% full refund. This refund is applicable if the client communicates their dissatisfaction clearly and requests a refund before any significant progress has been made on the project. The refund will cover the initial deposit or any payments made up to that point, excluding any non-refundable third-party fees (e.g., domain registration, licensing costs).

No Refund for Completed Work

Once a project is completed and the deliverables are handed over, no refunds will be issued, as the services have been fully rendered. However, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

ā Refund for Unused Services

If, after the initial deposit, the client decides to cancel the project before any substantial work has been done, a refund may be issued for the unused portion of the payment. However, an administrative fee may be applied, and this is subject to the discretion of Techlifier.

Refund for Partial Work

If the client is not satisfied with the progress of the work and wishes to cancel the project during the development phase, we will assess the completed portion of the project. A refund for the unused portion will be issued based on the percentage of work completed, minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., domain registration, licensing costs).

Refund Requests

To request a refund, clients must submit their request in writing, explaining the reason for the request. Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 days of submission.

ā Dispute Resolution

If a refund dispute arises, both parties will attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to legal arbitration as specified in the contract.

No Refund for Delays

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the clientā€™s failure to provide timely information, feedback, or approval. Delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances may also affect the timeline but will not warrant a refund.

ā Service Credits

If a refund is not applicable, Techlifier may offer service credits that can be applied toward future projects or services.
